My whole family loves this book. We had the delicious pleasure of visiting 26 Grains on a trip to London last December… and visited the tiny shop three more times in the span of 5 days! This book offers new and interesting ways of using grains in your meals, as well as super helpful tips on how to make them the most nutritious. For instance, I’ve never thought to pre-soak my oats, but I tried the method in this book (soaking oats in water plus a small amount of an acidic medium, such as apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, yogurt or kefir), and it was incredibly creamy and even more easily digestible. Simple ideas like that, plus the gorgeous photos, make this an excellent book for any natural food enthusiast.
