When I first heard about Annie’s book, I was really excited. Of course, I was already a fan of her blog but what attracted me most is how she decided to split its chapters, by cravings. Yeahh…by cravings !!!! Isn’t a wonderful and original idea?! This approach definitely joined me as I tend to often be guided by my cravings with food. Don’t worry, all type of cravings are covered; Carbs, Chocolate, Comfort, Cool, Creamy, Crunchy, Green, Junk, Salty, Spicy, Sweet, Tart, and Warm. In all chapters, you’ll find recipes that will please everybody for sure; experienced vegans as much as omnivores. Ohhh yeah…beleive me, you can take my word on that. My carnivorous husband was seduced by all tested recipes from this book, so…!!! You can deduce that this book is definitely a must in any kitchen. The layout of this book is very appealing and the photos…wow !!! What can I say ?! They are just gorgeous and a real treat for the eyes. Of course, this book is full of healthy & delicious recipes and also has lots of gluten-free, raw, oil-free, easy and quick recipies. There’s something for everyone. Actually, we’ve tried many recipes and we have lots of favorites; all the smoothies, the Raw Pesto Crackers, the Fruit Pizza With Chocolate Chip Cookie Crust, the Lemon-Coconut Spirulina Balls and the Apple-Celery-Rice Salad With Parsley-Walnut Dressing, just to name a few.
