Fantastic historical cookbook! This is the original cookbook, not the updated version. I have that one too. I have enjoyed this cookbook for the history of what was eaten in the early 1900’s & how things were cooked & using what kind of pans & utensils. This was a teaching cookbook & a lot of tips. But there are a few areas that I hadn’t a clue as what it was a about. Fun to read & learn. I have been cooking for 40 yrs & find this a fun interesting book for myself.
