Love the concept of this book. There’s a really nice focus around the selected ingredients and I was very impressed by the full set of recipes, ranging from cocktails to salads to entrees to stews to desserts. Many of the recipes also have some fusion aspects to them and I think it’s very insightful for anyone wanting to explore new tastes.
