Dr. Michael Mosley is the internationally bestselling author of The Clever Guts Diet, The 8-Week Blood Sugar Diet, and the coauthor, with Mimi Spencer, of The Fast Diet. Like the author, I will never really like exercise. Also like the author I tend towards creeping metabolic syndrome and trunkal obesity. This book is a great guide and summary of what can be done to hold this slow killer at bay with the least amount of time and effort. I am going to read the 5-2 diet book next because it is related and I need something user friendly in this area of my life. BTW, I am also a physician.
