A lovely cook book for those of us in the area! Great recipes by the season and with health tips, alternatives, etc. She is very open and encourages people to experiment a bit. For those complaining about the lack of the “pizza dough” recipe, know that Laura Pensiero runs a successful restaurant and probably does not want to lose all of her customer base! I think that that is understandable. Plus, it allows you to experiment.
