Quick and informative read
I started sugar free eating three or so weeks ago after I finally twigged that I was getting actual sugar hangovers and that sugar was twanging my anxiety. This book was reallly useful as it’s clarified the reasons I’m doing this, and I also discovered that a few foods I thought were ok, are not.
So far I’ve noticed my pants are not as tight, as I have lost some stomach chub. My anxiety is dialled back too. This is good!
