The title says it all. The recipes are fast, you don’t need to spend hours cooking in the kitchen to get delicious food. Easy, yes even my husband has tried some of the recipes and he hates cooking. And let’s not forget fresh, there are no *almost homemade* recipes here. You don’t need a specific sauce to make a recipe, you do it from scratch quickly. Fresh food means no nasty chemicals or additives to your food which is SO much better for your family.
