My just finished college daughter has become a great cook, considering she has some food allergies (all nuts and dairy), but has figured out what she can cook healthily with desserts like these once in a while. She made the pot de creme. She ate a half of one ramekin and gave the rest away, but it was enough for her to enjoy without serious consequences to her allergies or health. The rest of the pot de creme ramekins were shared with the rest of the family. I enjoyed one. The dessert was creamy and wonderfully rich!
