This is great. It’s more than a recipe book. You actually learn about the countries where the recipes come from. It’s great to use in teaching children about other cultures, countries, etc. This is rich with information and I’m so glad to have it. I love Latin American culture and cooking. I’m actually thinking about getting the hard copy version of this book, just to have because I prefer to read actual books instead of Kindle versions. I would tell anyone thinking about this to grab it. The author did a nice job with this book.
This is a wonderfully written and photographed book. I was delightfully surprised when I opened it and started reading. Not only is the text well-written, but the photos are great. The recipes are scrumptious and easy to follow. Shirley explains all the spices and herbs used in the book. If you like Authentic Latin American Cuisine, this is a must read for your Kindle library.
Loved this book, I don’t cook a lot but I found some awesome recipes in this book that I am going to try. I also loved the info she gave about different countries and their foods. I cant wait to try some of the recipes in this book, they are very clearly written and seem easy enough for me.
