I’ve tried most of the recipes; they work at high altitude (6200 ft in Colarado) and are delicious. I don’t like the pumpkin blueberry bread, but all the others are great! Guests don’t guess that they are gluten free. I’ve given several of these books as gifts too. Great cookbook!
