Enjoy this recipe from Quick & Easy Christmas! Holiday Freezer Cheese BallsThanks to Eileen Magiera of Milford, IN for sharing this recipe with us! 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese1 c. pasteurized process cheese spread, shredded2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1.35-oz. pkg. onion soup mix 1/8 t. garlic powder2 t. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. mayonnaise-style salad dressing1/3 c. sugarGarnish: chopped walnuts assorted crackers Place Cheddar cheese and cheese spread in a bowl and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours. In a separate bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth; blend in cheeses and remaining ingredients except walnuts and crackers. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Wet your hands and form cheese mixture into 4 baseball-size balls. Roll each in chopped walnuts to cover. Freeze each ball separately in plastic zipping freezer bags. When ready to serve, remove to thaw completely and serve with crackers. Makes 4 balls.

I have found several good and easy recipes I’m more than ready to try in this book. The Dill Pickle Dip sounds so good and it’s a must try. What a fun read for Christmas. I love the book, it’s so clean and has so many good recipes. It came very quickly and the price can’t be beat.
