I absolutely LOVE this cookbook!! I have purchased at least 5 of them for gifts and I have gotten very positive feedback from the “receivers”. The recipes are delicious and very nutritious. Yes, some of the ingredients can be pricey, but you can find great deals on line or at Costco’s. And when you come right down to it, we NEED to become more aware of WHAT we are putting into our bodies. I really like how the book is illustrated with the pictures, including the food values. I never knew there were so many ways to cook and bake with quinoa. i have made some of the salad recipes for potluck get together’s and people raved about the taste.
