This cookbook is another hit. Personally read all the reviews and I have to say this is a cook book, not a how too book. Well it does show you how to cook great food. Trust me I have eaten enough of Ray’s cooking to say it’s always great.

When people ask me what can you cook on a BGE my response is always the same “Anything you can cook in your oven only it will be better”. The recipes in this book only proves that. Recipes within this book will be good from an oven, but they will be great cooked in a BGE.

Don’t be afraid to give this book a chance, you will not regret it.
