So, so good! When we moved away from Detroit, ordering standard dishes that I grew up with were so different, just a few counties away. Ordering something as simple as egg rolls, were not at all what I expected. This book explains the idiosyncrasies of my home town and the recipes send you home again. I love that hard to find ingredients aren’t required. It’s good old fashioned home cooking, oh so good! Highly recommended
Only way you are getting me back to the D anytime soon is through this book!
