About the Author
Omar Allibhoy worked with Ferran Adria of the legendary El Bulli restaurant, before becoming chef at El Pirata deTapas in London’s Notting Hill. He subsequently opened his two Tapas Revolution restaurants at Bluewater and Westfield.
Terrific book. I especially love the recipes for soup. The gazpacho recipe is the best I have ever had. Instructions are clear, even on an iPad. Nice illustrations, again, even on an iPad. I liked this book so much that I bought another as a gift.
