I enjoyed reading this book, but I don’t think I will make many of the recipes. They include too much heavy cream for my health! But some sound easy and acceptable even for me. I sent my middle daughter one of the recipes, and asked her if she really wanted to put that into her body, as it was composed almost entirely of heavy cream in various types. But if you are young and healthy, you will love this book.
