I’m so excited about this book. I’ve already tried the Cognac Steak recipe — it was wonderful! The book arrived from the seller on time and in great condition. There are tons of recipes in here. I wish there were pictures for every recipe, but most do have photos. I first purchased this as an Ebook, but it doesn’t work very well that way. The formatting is all off. I was so excited about it though I went ahead and bought the print version as well. I’m glad I did 🙂
You would not realize this was a used book purchase by looking at the book itself. I have looked through the book and although I haven’t tried any of the recipes yet, they look yummy and the liquors listed as ingredients are mostly familiar to me.
I enjoy cooking and love cookbooks. This cookbook is full of great tips, interesting recipes and has some beautiful food photography. This is one of my go to cookbook when I want to impress someone with my cooking skills and secret ingredients.
