I love all the information (why, how, solid research) contained in this book. The recipes are easy to prepare and most ingredients are readily available and not terribly expensive. My husband and I are both looking forward to the benefits this way of eating has been proven to offer.

One of the best books around. Have made a number of the recipes in this book, and haven’t been disappointed yet! The beginning of the book that explains the concept of the Mediterranean “diet” is also a must read. Very well put together book. My husband and I have already noticed the benefits of following this way of eating.

I’ve looked at a lot of Mediterranean cookbooks. This is one of the better ones.
