GREAT and healthy recipes with most very easy to prepare. They had to pick the best tasting ones. There a lot of helpful hints. The foods suggested also are filling and energize you. It’s a GREAT BUY and WONDERFUL recipe book. One of the best I have ever bought and I have book shelves of recipe books.
Nice book, the recipes I have tried have been good. Can not eat walnuts so have used pecans or almonds instead and very good. Nice insights into the recipes and how their family likes to eat. Most of the are fast and easy and will give it as a gift as know others who will really like it.
Loved reading this cookbook. Have used several recipes or at least borrowed her suggestions. This isn’t a diet cookbook but recipes seem very clean and health which is more important to me and my family. Always looking for a new spin on healthy cooking so not to get bored.
