Dave Dewitt is well known to be an expert regarding all things hot pepper, so i was very happy to find this little $4 book of his on the topic of habaneros, my conceptually favorite pepper (in practice, i enjoy them, but not so much as the thought of them). He actually clears up some popular misconceptions, such as the mistaken belief that scotch bonnets are habaneros. He also includes quite a few tasty recipes. All in all, a great way to spend $4. Why not? You will enjoy it, and it will definitely find a home in your kitchen.
What can you say about a book that basically tells you what all you can do with the most potent hot pepper in the world? Well first off the shape you see is the total shape of the book. The front and back covers really look good. The recipies, growing, and preperation tips are well done and interesting.
