I am not a Vegan but I do enjoy the occasional Indian food especially my family as they all love spicy food. I was curious about how the author would be able to combine Indian cuisine and Vegan cuisine which was why I decided to get this for me and my family. I am impressed with the recipes in this book and how the author was really able to provide simple and easy to understand recipes that even someone who is not used to being in the kitchen as much will find no trouble in making the dishes in the book.
I consider Indian food one of the TOP THREE cuisines in the world, along with Thai and Mexican, imho. And this new cookbook, Vegan Indian Cooking, is really great! I know from experience that Indian cooking at first can seem a bit daunting because the list of ingredients can go on forever, but once you get a few basic staples it’s really very simple. This book is well thought out and has a warm encouraging stand point and it would be a fantastic addition to any kitchen library
I like these book so much cause it serves the best recipes on vegan food. I really have a good time reading these book cause it shares me how great vegan diet is and how great are the benefits on following these guides and recipes.
