Oh my gosh this cookbook is FANTASTIC. The recipes are easy to follow, and it feels like Gaby herself is walking you through the steps of each one. It’s clear she loves her food, and she shares so many tips and tricks here. Additionally, I’m a horrible baker and I’ve already made the raspberry-white chocolate cheesecake bars and they came out perfectly and were insanely delicious. The whole book is a delight and I know many more of the recipes will make it into my arsenal!
My family has yet to find a recipe of Gaby’s that they don’t love. From enchiladas to pasta to bowls, these are recipes that everyone in the family wants to eat. Fresh ingredients and easy to follow recipes make it easy to cook, even on a weeknight. The cookbook is beautifully put together as well and a fun read. If you aren’t following What’s Gaby Cooking online or Facebook, you are missing out. Her videos are fun to watch and her Instagram stories are the best.
My favorite cookbook ever! I want and will make every single recipe! I’ve been following Gaby wherever you possibly can and I’ve been waiting on this forever! I already made her fish tacos, double double cheeseburgers, pizza and chicken enchiladas. Her basil AND cilantro vinaigrette’s are EVERYTHING.
